Every employee of VLAVI is:

Industrial company VLAVI offers high-quality manpower solutions in Scandinavia and other European markets, having strong metal-working manufacturing industry knowledge, experience and clear understanding of particular customer's demand. Our head office is located in Riga, Latvia, but the representative office - in Germany, Sweden and Norway.
Over the past 12 years, our company has been providing proven and reliable professionals to complete a number of industrial projects, including installation, disassembly and other works. Having acquired such huge experience, VLAVI has become a strategically reliable and long-term partner in manpower solutions for many well-known international companies in areas such as manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, wind energy, agriculture, oil and gas.
We provide our welders (MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG), industrial assemblers and painters, installation fitters and other specialists for your projects. Our employees have local and international experience, European qualifications and certificates.
Our model of costs include the candidate selection and evaluation process, administrative and legal procedures, as well as travel and accommodation expenses. All specialists confirmed by the customer are directed to the project with a full package of necessary documents in accordance with local labour market rules and legislation, health insurance and safety equipment. Upon request of the customer, we provide our employees with any other necessary equipment needed. We work on the hourly rate basis.
